• You can feel safe meeting with me. I have had 2 dosages of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and will be boosted in July 2022. I test multiple times a week and I continue to socially distance, wear a mask, and maintain immaculate hygiene.

• I host in clean upscale spaces and expect that you are also following COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.

• Should you feel sick after or before our appointment, please notify me immediately.

Before leaving your home for our date, please self-assess for symptoms. Ensure you have no flu-like symptoms or cough.

Once arriving at our date and before greeting, I ask that you immediately wash your hands thoroughly for 30 seconds.

• Employment/Identity Verification:

This is the quickest and most efficient screening option. It is also available if you are retired, high-profile, or self-employed. I have a discreet unpublished e-mail address, LinkedIn account, and phone number to maintain your privacy. Please contact me so I can walk you through the process.

For this method, I will need at least 48 hours in advance to give them enough time to respond to my inquiry. Your references must be professional independent companions you have seen no more than 6 months ago with: a website, social media accounts, and active ads.

This means NO: agencies, massage parlors, ads with only a single phone number, companions under the radar, companions with no website, companions with no presence outside local boards, or companions you’ve met more than 6 months ago.

What’s included in the additional “Travel Fee”?:

My business class airfare or higher, checked luggage, UBER/taxi transportation, and 4/5 star upscale hotel initial accommodations, are all made by me once travel fee is transferred and therefore the travel fee is non-refundable.

To book & confirm our date, I will require 100% of the travel fee upfront to make book my travel arrangements and 20% of my gratuity duration fee for a deposit.

To avoid any awkward moments, my gratuity must be presented immediately at the beginning of our date in an unsealed envelope. Place it on the table if you’re visiting me or in the bathroom if I’m visiting you.

If we’re meeting in a public space (or you want to impress me), please have it in a funny greeting card, gift bag, or slipped between the pages of your favorite book that you’d think I’d love (I truly enjoy reading).

Life gets in the way and can be complicated, I understand.

However, I do enforce a strict cancellation policy and it is non-negotiable.

• Your 20% Deposit becomes non-refundable should you cancel our date within 72 hours of our original date made.

• 2 cancellations in a row and a new 20% deposit will need to be sent to rebook.

• If you cancel twice in a row, I will no longer accept dates with you. If you fail to pay a cancellation fee within 24 hours you will be blacklisted immediately.

If you paid a deposit, that deposit is transferrable to a date within 30days of cancellation date or the same dates while I am touring.

If I have to cancel, that deposit will be returned within 48hrs, via the same method you used to pay.

Note: I am no longer taking requests but can be gently guided if you have something in mind (ex: casual/jeans, athletic/yoga pants, classy, black dress, etc.)

I will be dressed to impress but won’t ever raise eyebrows. I have a diverse wardrobe of business casual clothes that would be described as sophisticated, yet sexy. However, if there is something that you’d enjoy seeing me in – don’t hesitate to peruse my GIFTS page.

I’m thrilled at the chance to spend extended time with you! During overnights or longer dates, please understand that I will need to check my phone for personal and business needs occasionally (this will not interrupt our time together).

I’m at my brightest when I get 6 hours minimum of uninterrupted sleep and I’m best greeted in the AM with a warm cup of non-caffeinated herbal tea and/or sparkling water.

On extended dates I also require 2+ hours daily to rest, workout, and take care of business matters and check in with loved ones back home.

It takes me some time to get back to e-mails and inquiries. If you don’t get a response in 24-48 hours, it could be for one of the following reasons:

• Rude, crude, or disrespectful

• Poorly written or incomprehensible

• Using acronyms to inquire about any sexual acts

• Any talk of sexual acts

• Requested a date at an hour that I was not awake or offering dates

• You did not present yourself as a gentleman
